At $200-300/mo, my training is comparable to a single week with a local trainer from your gym and far less than other influencers who often charge $1,000+/mo. I'm able to offer this low of a price because I've gotten very good at creating custom programs quickly and finding where people are getting stuck.
All communication is done via text in WhatsApp. I'll ask for your cell number during onboarding and everything from your weekly exercise plans, to checking in, to answering any questions you have will all be via WhatsApp. My clients find this easiest, like texting a fitness-savvy friend.
